Honey Bloating

If i take a spoon of honey just on it's own in the morning without anything else will it bloat me facially?

yo be sure to take 100% natural honey made from beez niggers and not some chink piss from walmart

honey have some sugary carbs but will not cause bloat unless u eat like a starving holocaustocel

2 tbsp is ideal cause will give u like 50% nitric oxide u need i use it with my oatmeal in morning and some cinnamon(increase T also)

No, it wouldn‘t. But eating only honey on its own might kind of burn in your throat since it‘s so sticky. Why not have some low-fat bread with it or make a fruit smoothie with dates and bananas?
