Non cope methods for ascending

Cheated on my mtb and now I need to ascend or else I can never get her back. I can't take peptide injections but pills I can do. If anybody has anything useful to absolutely make them almost unrecognizable it would be great if you could share with me. And yes I've been doing my own research too, I'm making this thread for anything I could have missed and maybe other people can use this to help themselves as well
