I have neutral canthal tilt and normal IPD, but I have upper eyelid exposure because I have medium set eyes despite a massive jutting browridge. My eyes are my only really feminine looking trait and it throws the harmony of my face off. Is there a surgery to make them slightly hooded? That and some filler near my ramus is all I want lol

fillers/fat grafts

but a lot of time hooded eyes dont look good, dont fall for the psl meme

when I wake up in the morning my eyes look hooded because I’m tired and sometimes when I get my eyebrows waxed my brow ridge will swell slightly and they look hooded. I’d get a small fat graft if it meant they looked like it all the time

if your eyes are very exposed its worth getting fillers (exposed like Cillian Murphy) , try using asian eyelid tapes, or ice hooding with eyelid pulling to have an overall assessment on it. Fillers if course last longer , compared to those other soft maxxes.

I would advise against going for "Hunter Eye Surgery". Trying to make your eyes hooded if they aren't already hooded is going to make you look Uncanny more often than not.

As for the Upper Eyelid Exposure, you have two options... one is called a Ptosis Repair, which tightens the muscle that causes your upper eyelids to droop and pulls them back up. This is going to cost you $3-5k not including travel, and will be more if you get it done by Dr. Taban (the premier eye surgeon in the US) I had mine done by Dr. Vrcek and it makes a huge difference. See my thread here for more info https://looksmax.org/threads/update-1-week-after-almond-eye-surgery.627984/

The second option is a prescription eye drop called UPNEEQ. Before I had my eyelid surgery, my doctor prescribed me these drops. They worked pretty well for about 4 hours. Basically they simulate a Ptosis Repair, and reduce your upper eyelid exposure. It was $150 (no insurance used) and they gave me about a 2 month supply or close to it. I still have a lot leftover.

Hope this was helpful.

Hunter eyes are severely overrated. Much more important is the overall harmony of the eyes to the rest of the face.

Glad one of the biggest PSL myths is finally starting to get exposed.
