They need to put Patel to sleep. Yes, it's cope. Some of the things he says, I guess you could make some kind of correlation, thumbpulling it's similar to real orthodontic devices and stuff but... What the fuck is that supposed to do from any biological point of view? Maybe it would make your eyelids sticky, so it technically reduces UEE? But at that point just use glue
