Commander Manlet here. Ready for battle. I wanted to say that these situations are outliers. The norm is that most short men will probably never reproduce. So you're better off not teasing yourself. I will say that I have seen outliers in real life as well. I know someone who is my height that had a kid in high school. Not that I support people having children out of wedlock, just that it speaks to some hope for manlets.
