One thing that has happened to me and been happening every well, since I’ve been starting to care about mu apprewcne so around a year ago hope is like torture. If you have ever read “no exit” and you remember the bell you can make the connection. Hope is seen as good but for me it drags me longer than I need to go. Bad things happen, thinks about doing it, small good things happen happy sad cycle next 2 weeks. If you just tell me it’s over the choice is simple but those small glances at success really drag me down
