My unfrauded barefoot midday height is exactly 5'5. I'm from Spain, the avg height here for young males is slightly above 5'9 (avg female height is 5'4). Height is less important here than in the USA but I think you have to be at least 5'6-5'7 or it's over (unless you compensate, but I'm just average face wise, and currently gymmaxxing). Should I rope or what. I'm 18-21 years old and still virgin and kissless. Don't tell me to cope bc I can't do that anymore

I wouldn't say walk around in straight up 2 inch lifts. Get tall shoes (say air force ones) and then add lifts, maybe 1.5 inch, that should be good.
I would suggest elevator shoes. Good quality elevator shoes feel fine at 3 inches, but you also have to remember that the average shoe adds around half an inch to an inch, so 3 inch elevator shoes add 2-2.5 inches. Only problem with this is you can't keep up with modern shoe fashion trends but it is what it is.

Wear lifts and max out every other aspect. If not, migrate to LATAM, you will be average there. In Bolivia you will be tall.

Anything under 5ft6 is rope because LL can only get you 6 more inches and 6 feet is a requirement and anything under 5ft6 + 6 inches is less than 6 feet..

There's always hope! What about your flexibility? Do you work out? Do you have any scoliosis/kyphosis that can be fix? Are your teeth crooked?

I'm asking all that because they can be fixed and give you a few more inches... I have all that and I'm working on my posture, elaborating a theory and in future, if it works, I'm going to do an ebook on how to gain a few inches...

When I was 17yo and 235lb, I worked out very hard 2x a day, doing 3x5 for maximum strength gains, and I was 5'11 then, but some years after I stopped (19yo) my scoliosis and kyphosis got worse and I was 5'10... Now I am 6'0 during the day and exactly 6'1 when I wake up... And I still have my teeth, spine and tightened muscles to fix...

If you want some advice on how to fix things, I can tell you what I'm doing...

Of course you wouldn't be 6'1, but depending on how bad your situation is, you can gain at least 1 inch, even more!

LL is dangerous and it can leave you crippled... There are better and safer things to try before LL, most people have very shortened muscles that, when fixed, can give you some inches... I'm doing a handful of things that are helping, and when I see some concrete results, I'm going to do a tutorial!

That height is always going to make your life more difficult, but why give up?

IMO you are in the perfect height range for LL. If you're shorter than 5'4 or so, you'll still end up short, and if you're taller than 5'8 or so, it's probably not worth it, but for you, I think it's a great option.
