Surgery does wonders if you have a big flaw and it isnt eye area related or in upper thirds.
Nosejob with a good surgeon can make a huge difference although it's more relevant with women who have big noses. Men benefit less from it
It's easy enough to fix underbite and to get volume in the lower third with fillers or implants.
It's very case dependent. If you have no obvious flaws it's hard to benefit from surgery. If you look normal it's a gamble.
