So I think I a lot of you know I’ve lost a lot of weight like 40 pounds of it. But I still got more weight to lose to get to single digit bf. And let’s be real getting to single digit bf is alr hard as it is as a natural ESPECIALLY for someone who’s been fat there whole life and has a ton of fat cells. Like I’m starving to death all day just lose 1-2 pounds a week. So I’m hoping back only rad 140 and see how it goes. I alr ordered it
