Yeah for sure, I’m currently already on tret because I thought it could maybe get rid of my acne by itself but i’ve been on it for around 2 months now and seen no improvement. I think mainly because it is hormonal acne, however I did see a big change in my skin coloring as my discoloration got much better however the acne is still there. But yea i’m definitely going to use once i’m finished. Also I am running 40 mg for 200 days, what do you think?

Well idk your weight but thats a pretty high dose, sure youll be perfectly fine though

Spf too,try to eat 10-20 grams of fat so it gets absorbed better and thats all(along with the things the others mentioned).
