hopping on potassium chloride jfl what should my dose be, i dont want to overdose on potassium and die

Half of KCl is potassium so I usually just take up to 7g (3.5g of potassium) at a time, although you should base it off of how much sodium you have. Also don't mix with a drink the taste is putrid just put it on the back of your tongue and down it with water or a strong flavoured drink
