Half of KCl is potassium so I usually just take up to 7g (3.5g of potassium) at a time, although you should base it off of how much sodium you have. Also don't mix with a drink the taste is putrid just put it on the back of your tongue and down it with water or a strong flavoured drink

Wtfff? Ik this is old but 7g of potassium in one day is crazy, wouldn’t that give you ulcers or heart attacks or some shit? I just got 2lbs of potassium chloride and I was just gonna take 2g scoop in the morning or at night
