So I have done research but because I have many things to learn yet I will hire a coach to help me w cycle , diet , workout plans and all the things I should know . The cycle will be 250mg test E a week for 9 weeks . If you have suggestions/ information that could be useful for me please inform me . I will do more research but I will have the coach so it’s chill . The purpose is that I want to get bigger/stronger and gain more respect and more confidence

If you're thinking about taking something with test its probably not the best idea since your LDL is naturally high, To lower it you can take statins, Ezetimibe, Bempedoic acid PCSK9 inhibitors. They can lower LDL but won't fully fix it.
