Hopping on test at 1,145ng/dl natural test ?

I was supposed to run a light low dose cycle of 250mg of test but my bloodwork results came in and my natural test is really fucking high at 1 145 ng/dl, my friend who's on roids highly recommended me to not hop on as it would ruin my natural test and that I was really lucky. Thoughts on what I should do ?
