Hopping on test but I don’t care about gains

I’m gonna hop on test probably 250mg a week of either P or E but I don’t really care about lifting I just want it for the health benifets on it. Is there anything else I should add or should I lower the dose.

I’ll probably develop an actual cycle after I get used to it but right now I don’t really care enough. That’s kind of why I wanna get on T in the first place because I have no motivation for the gym.
 
You need to be working out or doing cardio at the very least. Blood thickening happens at any dose, youve gotta keep your heart healthy and your conditioning good;

Yeah, just dont stay sedentary, try to hit maybe 3 workouts a week if possible. Even just 30 minute sessions.

Yeah I’ll do that, probably hop in the gym again soon if it gives me the energy a lot of people say they get on it.

Yeah even if they’re light sessions, it will make the cycle more beneficial regarding how they react to your body for future cycles.

Then do trt, putting yourself into supraphysiological levels and then not working out is damaging your body for no reason.

Acting like 250 test is any better for health than actual trt

Normal trt is 100-200mg a week. Calling 250 superphysilogical when it’s 50 more than what a they put fucking beta virgins on is insane.

Anything above 100 is supraphysiological.
