I’m 18, just started hitting the gym every day 4 months ago. I’m thinking about starting test but I want to know a couple things partly because I’m worried about the side effects.
- Good starting amount, and how much I should increase (I don’t wanna do a super high dose because I wanna limit side effects as much as possible)
- Where to buy it
- How I should diet
- Supplements to take while on it to help limit side effects
- Anything else important I might need to know

im not an expert but here are some other things you should look into if you take test that I know about from my years on the forum

Dutasteride for hair loss and skin aging from dht
ru58841 for hair loss from test and residual androgens
exemastane for controlling e2
tamoxifen for controlling gyno
telmisartan for heart health
hcg / enclomiphene for pct
tadalafil because why not

And a lot of your questions depend on your individual goals but for diet you want to get lets say 1.5g protein per pound of weight

if this helped you hit the checkmark

nigger i would have loved to help you, but cant help pussies that are more worried about "side effects" then the main effect.

Hopping on test there is a big chance you'll be stabbing yourself with a needle for the rest of ur life, so keep that in mind before you start.

And fyi nobody on here can give you the "perfect" dosage for you to run, everyone responds differently. So somebody might run into e2 sides (or whatever other side) at 250, while another person might first run into them at 600. So what im trying to say is, you need to try it out yourself, find YOUR sweetspot. Gear dosing is very much trial and error.

shit i helped you, even though i said i wouldn't, good luck.

I mean depends on your dosage but if you start with 250mg per week you proably wont run in to any sides unless your very sensitive to dht and and estrogen wich might cause some hairloss and gyno but in reality its pretty safe if you know what you're doing. My father literally blasted tren in his 20s and still managed to have children, its not that serious bro just keep researching and buy PCT and test at the same time incase something happens wich makes you wanna hop off. Don't hop on Ai at the start its going to crash your estrogen, inject for a month and get your bloodwork checked, if your estrogen levels are very high you hop on Ai to avoid gyno. I suggest you look at diagofit on youtube he has pretty good guides for first cycles and what sides might occur and how you fix them.
