Mostly clean wont be autistic here ill just eat more clean food for main gaining jfl i dont track calories ill just rely on the compounds

push/pull split with added Zone 2 cardio i also have neck work I dont have seperate leg days i just do leg press + RDLS and calf work in same sesions Jfl if you have leg days tbh
Bloodwork plan
in 2 weeks:
ultrasensitive E2, total/free T, SHBG, IGF-1, TSH, free T4. Will post results here.

- Current weight: ~127 lbs (lost a bunch of water/muscle) last 2 months and spring break due to stopping going to the gym and eating
also natty lifting is too jester
(used to be 140 lbs and fairly lean)
- Goalz: Virilization and maximize runway for height
physique goal is mainly + get to mid-20s BMI @ 12% BF which is like FFMI 22 or 23, then ill js cruise for life Im never doing a PCT unless i want kids

- Testosterone Propionate: 300 mg/week total → ~42.9 mg daily
- rhGH: Been on 8 Ius for 2 weeks now, great sleep fasting blood sugar is optimal
- AI: Anastrozole titrated hard to keep ultrasensitive E2 normal
- No HCG on blast (saving it for cruise)
- no support or ancillary's cuz idgaf about that rn its only 300 test anyways
