I have extensive experience with vyvanse and Adderall so I'll answer this seriously.

Pros -
You become a machine, nothing is a chore you can do absolutely anything

Cons -
Tolerance is damn near permanent you will never experience that first time ever again and it will reach a point where it's no longer effective but this varies depending on how severe your adhd is

The comedowns will genuinely have you thinking about killing yourself you will have 0 dopamine in your brain after

Im already super suicidal so yeah
Tolerance part might make it useless as im on extremely high doses of another similar stim
