Horizontal Eyebrows

I took these this morning right off the wake I normally don’t have very heavy eyebags like this. My eyebrows naturally tilt up a lot and It’s bothered me for a while especially when I smile, shown in last picture. What would be the most effective, cheap and reversible way to correct this, or should I go another route.
