I was thinking about this the whole day yesterday. Why does my friend look like Chico? He looks nothing like Chico. The outer edge of his eyes are vertically shorter. I think this is also why almond eyes are better than hooded trapezoid shape eye. Almond eye trails off at the outer edge. It looks like they are always squinting and mysterious.
Can canthoplasty achieve this?

Just use your fingers on your outer canthus in the mirror to see what it looks like

One picture because that's all I need. Would you prefer his left eye or right eye? One trails off at the end. The other is trapezoid shape. I think the one on right of the picture is better.

shitty angle, but opry has a good amount of fat and bones causing his eyes to be hooded the way it is, his hooding causes the "trapezoid" look, I don't know about the appeal of either, but check if your features go with it before you do anything

yes hooding cause the trapezoid look. but without the hooding the outer edge of that eye is still not vertically short enough to look like his other eye. his eyes are clearly uneven if you look at his other pictures.

now that I look at it, it looks like its caused by pct, and how your lower eyelid is

Right side looks better because the Lateral Orbital Rim is more forward set.
