so me and my friend had a discussion and he said even hormone levels are genetic and the baseline is already set when you were born. thats even more brutal when i think about it.. and seeing the expense of hormones nowadays, we can say everythings genetic. im poorcel who cant afford all these expensive hormones except t4 thyroid

t4 has to be converted to t3 in the liver it''ll only work if the liver is high in nutrients and what not the liver is mostly deficient in micro nutrients and also high in estrogen in that case t4 converts to rt3
