Hormones fucked

For reference I did steroids for a while (including 19 noors which raise prolactin, though my prolactin got crashed towards the end of my summer cycle from too much caber) but for the past month or so, i’ve been on 50mg testosterone E eod, my bloodwork from a week ago read 915 total test and 33.8 e2 (non sensitive test, could have been skewed a little) and I was feeling pretty good, libido not crazy though and I’d ideally want estrogen lower, last weekend I went out partying, lots and lots of drinking and rec drugs, very little sleep and came home with a nasty cold (sore throat, cough, swollen lymph nodes, ugly as fuck) but I noticed my left nipple started swelling to an insane amount, like fucking huge bulging and painful, other one didn’t exactly look small either but last night I decided to try to see if I’m lactating, and yea a little came out the right nipple, immediately popped 0.25mg caber and 1mg letrozole, any advice on what I should do, fyi im running very low on money
