It's an intuitive thing. Hard to explain.
Every time I meet someone for the first time my subconscious gives me an image of them. EVERY TIME it has come true. This is because your subconscious is 20x better at processing information and pattern recognition.
A few examples:

1. Someone being untrustworthy. People having a rat appearance. Facial expressions.
2. Someone being naive is a common one.
3. I remember seeing this incel at work and after talking he had mental problems and was at home all day.
4. Guys being competent is seen in the face.
5. Extroversion and introversion is easily seen in the face too. Just look at avg faces of people in the big 5 spectrum.

I remember going somewhere to work and in my first 10 minutes I had a revealing thought and it came true after stopping there. It's often the energy and vibe which can't be explained rationally but can be intuitively.

It's often the first thought in your head that appears. It has never failed me. I always proceed to verify it but looking back I need to trust my intuition more.
