try to nose breath as much as possible and maybe mouth tape so you don't mouth breath in your sleep, chin tucks and neck curls to balance out and maybe add some appeal to you

if he is recessed he has to mew or do an osteotomy, bsso etc depending on the gravity of the recession and his age

i didnt say mewing gave him bonemass
Mewing is just "fixing" to an extent a recessed maxilla so the face grows and develops properly, so he will therefore have more chin projection and a more projected face overall
