My eyebags make it bad. I barely see anyone with them as bad as me

Probably not recessed infras, maybe pigmentation? doesnt look like it from photos. Most likely vascular discoloration you can fraud with caffeine serum or concealer.

Tried both but the fat under my eyes create a big shadow that the concealer won’t cover.
