that angles even worse u might have neutral ct (cant tell) but in that angle it looks negative

try grow ur lashes out using this and trim them so it imporoves ur canthal tilt by a bit and also to get longer pfl
or you could just take oral minox for thicker brows too

theres a certain way but i forgot i think u trim ur upper lashes
