Horrible facial symmetry and narrow jaw; possible surgeries?

Do you guys have hardmaxx suggestions (or anything really)? I think a correction of at least my nose is a must

im 173cm so that doesn’t help, will be a long time till I can afford getting LL

Nose isnt too Bad, i would Look into jaw implants. Your lower third is very underdeveloped.
