went to the orthodontist today and found out that the only way to fix my recession is with bimax. i thought that it could be somewhat fixed with reverse pull headgear/palate expander, but im way too old for headgear and im not a candidate for expander.
if you're over 8 years old then bimax is your only option

how old are you? im going to ask them about mse for my breathing issues and recession but im almost 18 so im worried they will say the same
