I have a class 2 mandible recession, its brutal 10mm. What would a bimax to fix this look like, out of pocket. Also im scared to get herbst since it limits maxilary forward growth and il be on gh soon, I dont know what that would look like. What other surgeries are good for my situation.

Two orthos. One wanted to pull teath. The other gave me damon braces, he also wants to do herbst but idk.
