Truth is both were savage barbarians that enjoyed raiding more civilized lands. Nomads raided via their horses and Vikings raided via their boats.
However the media jerks off Vikings because they are White and Nordic while Horse Archers are ethnics (Asiatic/Iranian) usually.
They jerk them off so much, you would think they were the same as the Romans or Ancient Greece.
Hell in terms of historical value, Horse Nomads have probably changed the world way more than the Vikings ever dreamed of.
