But 15-23% bodyfat isn't enough to be considered a fatty by female standards anyway. Being overly lean is some male gaze cope. If you get too learn your fwhr drops and your UEE increases. Unless your bones are absolutely shit tier there is no reason to be single digit bodyfat or even low teens. If you're a fitness person who gets paid for it that's different.
