honestly i use sea water once a weak to help my scalp. fixed my dandruff also makes it look better. if you dont got sea water just put some salt with like lukewarm water or sum

dont rinse hair everyday, when ur going for shampoo wet it with luke warn water, wash the shampoo out with luke warm water and add conditioner, rinse the conditioner out with cold water you dont need to know more, if ur still wetting ur hair throughout the week do it with cold water
