Whenever I take a hot shower or sweat, my scalp would just start burning so hard it feels like it’s stinging. It feels like I’m getting stabbed by needles. Can someone tell me what the condition is and is it normal

Same thing happens when I eat spicy food

What you're experiencing is called scalp dysesthesia, baby. You shouldn't worry about it unless it involves persistent pain. You can also apply lidocaine gel on your head before u go to the shower
