how 2 fix uneven hooding?

i think fixing the hooding is my last step to getting something close to hunter eyes but the hooding is negative asf even tho the canthal isnt, in 3rd and 4th pic im lifting my eyebrows to show the neutral/positive canthal tilt anyone got any tips? pardon my bad english
