It's called Aegyo Sal, not eyebags. fat grafts are legit if you could.

You can use serums or transparent tape for it

I heard fat grafts come out as non-uniform and there is a very good chance the body reabsorbs that fat, making the unevenness even worse. Can anyone else comment on this?

True, but fat can be injected into small amounts. Find a good surgeon and you'll be alright. also just be consistent about getting fat grafting sessions and it won't look as uneven

ADM doesn't get reabsorbed, and yeah more permanent results from those.

If you want a better and longer-lasting result then I'd say go for ADMs with Fat grafts

I've watched a lot of videos from korean plastic surgeons on youtube, and they all say this procedure (filler, fat graft, ADM) are mostly shit. Can I expect a dramatic change or is it one of those super subtle ones?

Yeah I'm not too sure about that, It's really all about your surgeon.

Just be careful about how much ADM or anything else you want to be injected with, that's what the results depend on
