How 2 improve side?

How can I improve my side? For my recessed chin I was thinking filler first then probably after that genio and maybe fat graft for infras. What do you guys think?

its the easiest filler to do yourself why spend like 900 dollars for them to stick a needle in ur chin 3 times and wiggle it around when you can spend like 150 and do it urself and have plenty of filler left over

bonesmashing works aswell and is imo better as it doesn't migrate
