No experience personally but they are somewhat accurate for test and e2, pretty accurate for cortisol but idk abt dheas

go with a parent to get ur bloodwork, say your sleep is out of order and ur concerned about stress spiking whatever hormone you choose to larp about

then get ur e2 measured, then measure it again the moment ur back home with the kit

honestly i dont think theres any other reliable way to know if its accurate.

preferably use two tests of the same kind, to see if theres any variation

everybody is different i was on a rlly low dose of asin and i got bad headaches

just start with a low dose and slowly go up
