how accurate are height predictors?

i noticed how these height calculators only ask for your parents height not even asking you about your personal life style like diet, exercise ect, im aware that 80% of your height is genetics but that 20 is still a big number which can be maximised through other things which it does not ask for so are these results missing a few cm when they give you your answer?
