By "facial fat" I mean't fat pad size. If sucking your cheeks gives you hollow cheeks then you have small buccal fat pads.

Yeah i think I have small buccal fat pads, I'm close to hollow cheeks in certain lighting, clenching my jaw gives me very hollow cheeks.
Biggest reason I don't have hollow cheeks yet is because of a narrower jaw.
I estimate that I will have hollow cheeks in a year
