imo pretty accurate if u look in it with natural lighting and natural facial expression.
it just gets inaccurate pretty quickly if u start with unnatural angles or unnatural facial expressions like squinting or sth like that

Obviously it won't be like 1:1 but when you see yourself flipped you'll always notice it differently cuz the mirror is what you always see but other who have seen you all your life regularly don't notice as much so really not sum you have to stress overly hard about
