I think by pure genetics we would have sort of a bell curve distribution but environmental influence does lower the outcome of 99% of people so its probably not directly the same but htn is not top 5% imo.

I can understand why it feels less but that's probably also distribution related and tbh I think we also tend to underrate people atleast irl because many rating examples or rating experiences are based on clear/very gl pictures
