i look autistic and way different than what i do in the mirror. is it more accurate then mirror

because its unfrauded, when you look at yourself in the mirror you actively fraud and look at yourself at flattering angles subconsciously

Mirror is literally direct reflection of light
It doesnt get any more accurate than that if the way you look at yourself is completely neutral
