I need to know how accurate this is, you have to be 18 - 21 because those are the ages when ur done growing

If its not accurate it could mean malnutrition, stunted growth, or when youre age 18 you are still growing till 21

Not sure I heard ulna grows till 21 aswell
people stop growing from the ends of their limbs in, the spine being the last area effected. so presumably if your ulna is still growing at 21 you're pretty late in developing

No it depends its genetics

for example some growth plates close faster for some and some dont

tbh significant growth in your mid 20s is a hard ask. If you're really serious about it you can optimize your life for gh production and nail down your sleeping habits. even if your epiphyseal plates are closed, the epiphyseal line can still be receptive to high levels of growth hormone, though it's extremely unlikely anyone could gain multiple inches. but everybody can gain a little bit from spinal decompression

growth is complicated tbh

my arms got a growth spurt at age 17 and got stretch marks all over but normally kids got them at age 14 - 16

that's impressive. people don't usually get growth spurts from length gains, let alone at 17

Okay so I have a Ulna length of around 28 cm which means I should be 5'11", Now if I low ball it to 27cm(27.5 is lowest I predict) I get around 5'9". My current height is about 5'8"...

More quality sleep and nutrition then?
Yes and daily calcium , vitamin d, k

calcium can help you reach or even taller than your potential growth study shows
