How achieveable/realistic is this morph?

Increased neck size, more angularity, less volume in cheeks, less bloated nose however it seems that the nasal bridge has been reduced, less bloated lips, skin retouch. Didn't touch eyebrows or lashes.

Nah just get extremely lean and hope that the bloat from my nose disappears this is what my nose looked like before bloat
