I dont get sun burns but my skin has gone a shade darker. I am already dark skinned and now I legit have nigger skin. Going outside for more than a few minutes between 10-2 is guaranteed to give you a heat stroke

Also you should check wet bulb temps before going out. Or you'll get a legit heat stroke and that will likely be fatal

Never gotten a sunstroke. Have been close to passing out a couple times but that was because I wasn't hydrated. When I drink water and use umbrellas and caps I am fine

If you stay too long then you can become a vegetable and live the rest of your life brainless. At least thats what the worst case is. The second worst case is death
