440 ng/dL measured from a single test means jack shit. Under ideal conditions it could've been 600 ng/dL and that's with me being 40-50lbs overweight, low vit D and overall looksminned. The fact I'm pulling 440 ng/dL under these conditions is impressive. I'll test again in a few months under better conditions.
