just eat a gram of protein per lb of body weight, have a 3:1 potassium to salt ratio, avoid all processed sugars and processed foods, eat fruits, vegetables and protein from food as opposed to protein powder (protein powder is still fine), sleep 7-9 hours a night and you’ll be fine. and 500ml of milk is kinda excessive500ml milk
