How am i supposed to consume 1 gram of salt per day?

500ml milk
3 scoops or protein powder
500g of Chicken breast
And im already at 2 gram.
not to mention skyr or bread or noodles

just eat a gram of protein per lb of body weight, have a 3:1 potassium to salt ratio, avoid all processed sugars and processed foods, eat fruits, vegetables and protein from food as opposed to protein powder (protein powder is still fine), sleep 7-9 hours a night and you’ll be fine. and 500ml of milk is kinda excessive

1 gram/lb is 165 grams a day for me. Its hard to get it from food only. Also, most protein rich foids have a lot of salt.

yeah the diet i described will maximise muscle building and fat loss so long as you’re in a calorie deficit and training to absolute failure

yeah fair enough, protein powder seems like a good idea for you but also make sure to eat a lot of potassium from foods like bananas, avocado, coconuts etc
 
500g potatoes = 2k mg potassium
