How am i supposed to fix uneven eyes

My left eye is very visibly uneven compared to my right eye which is just fine, and it makes me look very unattractive in my and for sure others opinion as well. It is very visible especially in pictures, so therefore i try to avoid getting in pictures overall. It is a major insecurity i have and i want to see if i can fix it. It is like that because i hit my right above my left eye therefore damaging it and making it uneven. Is surgery necessary or is it fixable at all?

Il mio occhio sinistro è molto visibilmente irregolare rispetto al mio occhio destro, il che va bene, e mi fa sembrare molto poco attraente secondo me e sicuramente anche secondo gli altri. È molto visibile soprattutto nelle foto, quindi cerco di evitare di comparire nelle foto in generale. È una grande insicurezza che ho e voglio vedere se posso risolverla. È così perché ho sbattuto il destro sopra l'occhio sinistro, danneggiandolo e rendendolo irregolare. È necessario un intervento chirurgico o è in qualche modo risolvibile?

i have tried it before and felt an improvement actually, idk why i quit them, might try to do those again
