I try every day to live life with a delusional positive mindset and repeating positive self affirmations but i get the exact opposite treatment in response

Then everything flips and my head starts getting filled with voices repeating negative stuff automatically
And thats not even a bad thing btw, its just recognizing reality, how am i supposed to "just think positively bro"
